Oscars: Best and Worst

It’s that time again! Awards season has hit its peak with the Oscars!

This year, the trend was minimalism for most, with a few variations here and there.

Here are my best dressed:

Camila Alves for me, was best dressed. She looked GORGEOUS.

Anne Hathaway walking the red carpet in Armani Vintage (from ’02). Gorg.

This Lanvin tux was perfection!

Armani Prive!

Versace:)

Reese Witherspoon in Armani. LOVE the dress. On the fence about the 60s hair.

LOVE that Natalie Portman won Best Actress. Also love that she’s wearing Rodarte (they designed all the costumes for Black Swan).

Mila Kunis looked GORGEOUS in ELie Saab. Maybe best dressed for me.

I really liked the film version of Michelle Williams Chanel Haute Couture gown. It looks way more nude on film but photographed white.

Ok seriously? Minimalism at its BEST. Jennifer Lawrence looks gorgeous in Calvin Klein.

I was wary of what she would chose, but Hailee Steinfeld looked so vintage-chic in this Marchesa gown. LOVE the tea length.

I really liked Gwenyth’s Calvin Klein dress! She looks like an Oscar. Although I’m not a fan of the pin at her hip.

Celine in Armani Prive. LOVE. She just had TWINS like four weeks ago. So pretty.

Sandra looked really pretty in her Marchesa! (Not as gorg as last year, though.) But what was up with her face? It barely moved! Recent Botox?

Now for worst dressed:

Cate! What were you thinking? The bottom of the dress? Pretty. The top? Looks like Lady Gaga’s Egg. Ew. Givenchy.

Fashion police described it best: Nicole Kidman looks BAD when she’s moninated. This looks like aΒ doily, how is it Christian Dior?

Ok, this Versace dress is pretty from the waist down. Her boobs! Her hair! Bad bad bad!
